Once a project is confirmed, we establish the framework and functions of the process. This involves determining, analyzing, and optimizing to find the best solution. We focus on overall equipment and production challenges, set performance requirements, compile operational data, and create a comprehensive production line with a proposed budget. After project details are finalized, we provide a detailed quotation. This includes an overview, specific quotation requirements, technical specifications, system descriptions, and equipment performance. A project team begins detailed design work as soon as the quotation is approved. A meeting will be held at regular intervals among project manager, salesmen and consigner in order to ensure all the details are covered and get a final documentation, which will be used for production on-site implementation after thorough review.
To ensure compatibility and keep the project on schedule, we select most of the equipment ourselves. This approach helps reduce the time from ordering to delivery, ensuring quick and efficient procurement.

Based on years of experience, the technical rules of installation help to simplify the start-up test of equipment. During installation and commissioning, our engineers will be on-site to guide the process and perform system tests. The results are reviewed by the buyer’s representatives, and acceptance of these results confirms the system’s successful implementation.
Before installation and start-up, the operators receive comprehensive training. This may include on-site explanations and operational maintenance training to ensure effective and efficient use of the equipment.
