CIP Cleaning System for Food and Beverage Industry
The fully automatic CIP cleaning system refers to the cleaning of equipment such as tanks, pipelines, pumps, valves, etc. and the entire production line in a closed loop without the need for manual disassembly.
Technicals
Our four tank split full automatic CIP cleaning system is designed with PLC control system and a colored touch-screen for operation and display of whole process flow and each controlling parameter. The temperature of the cleaning liquid is adjustable. In addition, the PH valve, the cleaning time, cleaning sequence, and also the backflow PH valve are all pre-settable. To ensure safety, the CIP cleaning system is also designed with malfunction alarm device.
