CIP Cleaning System for Food and Beverage Industry
This semi automatic CIP cleaning system is able to heat the cleaning liquid automatically.
Set the cleaning temperature through the temperature controller to control the steam control valve's opening frequency, thus limiting the steam amount and making the cleaning liquid keep at needed temperature.
The CIP cleaning system is also designed with auto alarm devices to monitor the liquid level of tanks. It will add concentrated acid and alkali through manual way. The cleaning process transforming should be operated by the manual to change some relevant pipelines and valves. Workers should increase the water when the tank lack of water.
