1. Steadily controlled temperature and even heating distribution in the vessel
The static retort is equipped with 3 fan-shaped nozzles on both sides of each tray in the retort, ensuring constant temperature and uniform heat distribution during the sterilization process.
2. Heat up quickly
Because of high efficient heat exchanger, fast heating up can be achieved, in need of only a little circulating water. It takes only 10-15min to heat the water from 20℃ to 121℃. This greatly preserves the flavor and color of the food as well as reduces energy consumption.
3. Indirect heating and cooling avoids secondary contamination
The circulating water will be heated or cooled through the plate type heat exchanger. Meantime, the water will be continuously cooled by the plate heat exchanger until the excepted sterilization processing is done, effectively preventing the secondary contamination.
4. Multiple Sterilization Modes
During the whole sterilization, the sterilization mode can be divided into single stage mode and multi-stage mode, meeting specific sterilization requirement of different packages.
5. Applicable to various packages
With an error less than 0.005Mpa, the sterilization equipment features accurate pressure control. The temperature and pressure inside the tank will be inspected continuously. The control system will adjust the pressure inside the tank to make it adapt to the pressure inside the packages. Whether it is air or gas filled packaging or vacuum pack, the sterilization can be made smoothly without damage to the packaging and packed products.

7. Related data saved and printed for filing
Being treated by the data processing software, all the sterilization data, including sterilization condition, F value, time-temperature curve and time-pressure curve will be saved or printed, which offers convenience to production management.
