Tubular UHT pasteurizer usually is used together with homogenizer, degasser, separator and other equipment, for the sterilization of milk, beverage, juice, soft drink, soy milk, and other similar liquid materials, and it is suitable for aseptic packaging, like PET packing, plastic bottle and glass bottle, etc.

Technicals:

5℃-65℃(homogenizing)→137℃(3-5S)→20℃-25℃,for aseptic filling
2. 5℃-65℃(homogenizing)→115℃/125℃(5-15S)→88℃-90℃,for hot filling
3. 5℃-65℃(homogenizing)→115℃/125℃(5-15S)→75℃-78℃,for middle temperature filling

Features of Tubular UHT Pasteurizer

High heat efficiency, 90% of heat can be reused after the product processed.
Temperature difference between the product and the heating medium is small, so the heating is gentle. Heat exchanger adopts corrugated tubes, resulting in high efficient heat transmission.
This tubular UHT pasteurizer is of high degree automatic, can automatically control the CIP cleaning, self sterilizing, and the whole procedures steps; all the procedures are recorded and controllable.
It is of precise and reliable sterilizing temperature control; all the affecting factors such as steam pressure, steam flow rate, product flow rate are all controllable.
The inside of the tubular adopts advanced polish procedures; all tubes can perform fully cleaning, self sterilizing ensures the system at aseptic state;
