UHT Sterilizer & Pasteurizer for Food and Beverage Processing System
Plate UHT sterilizer, a kind of food sterilization equipment, is widely used in milk production lines, juice production lines, beverage production lines and soy milk production lines, for the sterilization of milk, juice, beverage and soy milk, etc. It consists of material pump, balance barrel, hot water system, temperature controller, recording device and electrical control system, etc. Our equipment is characterized of high heat recovery, compact structure, and stable temperature control.

4. Technicals: 5→65℃ (homogenizing) →137℃ (3-5S) →20℃→25℃
This plate UHT sterilizer adopts ultra high heat temperature to sterilize the liquid dairy products, tea drink and juice for the aseptic filling production. The sterilize temperature keeps at 137 ℃for 3-5s to remain the nature nutrition and flavor of the milk and juice.
This UHT sterilizer has the following characteristics: High heat reuse efficiency, tight structure design fine looking and temperature control well etc. Discharge temperature of this sterilization equipment can be self controlled so it is available for the hot filling procedure and meanwhile for aseptic cold filling.
