Note: The emulsifier processing capacity in the table refers to the data tested by taking water as the medium. If the medium has high viscosity or consistency, please use pipeline high shear dispersing emulsifier. If there is high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive or corrosive condition, the data in the table is subject to change without notice. The parameter data is varied with the type of material.

• The rotor revolving in high speed produces centrifugal force, which suctions the material from the upper and lower feeding area axially to the operation chamber.
• The strong centrifugal force throws the material axially to the narrow space between stator and rotor. The material is then dispersed and emulsified under the centrifugal force and the shear force between materials.
• The outer terminal of the rotor revolved in high speed produces a line speed more than 15m/s and even up to 40m/s. Thus, there will be strong mechanical and liquid shearing force, liquid abrasion force, clashing force and tearing force, etc. produced in the high shear batch emulsifier, which functions to disperse, emulsify and homogenize the materials and finally eject materials from the stator slot.
• As materials are ejected in radial in high speed, they change their flow direction due to the resistance from themselves and vessel walls. The upper and lower axial suction force then leads to strong upper and lower rushing flows. After many circulations, the material is finally dispersed and emulsified eventually.
