Evaporation Systems for Food and Beverage Industry
The single effect outer circulation evaporator is applicable for concentrating materials in industries such as China traditional drug, west drug, dextrose, sugar, oral liquid, chemistry, foodstuff, monosodium glutamate and milk product production, etc., and it serves to reclaim the industrial organic solvent such as alcohol. It is suitable for concentrating the thermal sensitive material under lower temperature and vacuum conditions with little batch number and multiple varieties.
1. Alcohol recovery
Large recovery capacity and the vacuum concentration procedure make its production capacity five to ten times of that of old counter part and can lower the energy consumption by 30%. Hence, this outer circulation evaporator features little investment and high recovery profit.
2. Concentration liquid
The circulation evaporator uses the modes of outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation. It features swift evaporation and has a concentration proportion of 1:3. The liquid material is concentrated under full seal state and produces no bubble.
Drug liquid concentrated by this single effect outer circulation evaporator is contamination-free and has strong drug taste.
3. The evaporator is convenient for cleaning. (It just needs to open the up and down cover for cleaning).
The device is easy to handle and it needs a little foundation area for installation. The heater and evaporator are made from stainless steel for achieving better heat conduction performance. The polyurethane is used as the thermal insulation material.
The surface of the outer circulation evaporator is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing, meeting with the GMP standard.
