• 1. Energy-saving
  According to SJN-1000, our double effect evaporator can save 3500 tons, 90000 tons and 80000 watt of vapor, water and electric each year, respectively. This means that we can save 15,000-22,400 USD each year.
• 2. This double effect evaporator uses outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation mode.Hence, it features quick evaporation and the concentration proportion is 1.2-1.35. By using this evaporator for making China traditional immerse cream, there is no need for open-month pan for cream collection.
• 3. The evaporator uses dual-effect to synchronously vapor. The client can lower investment in boiler purchasing and the energy consumption is 50% less than that of the single-effect evaporator.
• 4. Feature of multiple function
  (1) The concentration of reclaimable alcohol is about 80%.
  (2) Material feeding
  The intermittently and continuous material feeding are available.
• 5. As the special structure of our double effect evaporator, the concentrated material usually features rich smell and great uniformity. The concentration under the seal and non-bubble condition can prevent material loss and pollution.
• 6. The parts contacted with material are all made of SUS304. The insulation layer made using polyurethane is available at the heater and evaporator. The external surface is mirror finished, meeting with the GMP standard.
