• Energy-saving
  According to SJM-1000, our three effect evaporator can help save about 5400 tons vapor, 140000 tons water, and 130000 watt electricity every year. This means that users can save 29,900 USD every year.
• This evaporator uses outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation mode. It is characterized by swift evaporation and its concentration proportion is 1.4 and requires no open-mouth pan for cream collection when the three effect evaporator is used for China traditional immerse cream evaporation.
  
• The evaporator uses trip-effect to synchronously vapor. The client can lower investment in boiler and the energy consumption can be 70% less than that of the single-effect evaporator.
• Feature of multiple function handle:
  (1) the concentration of reclaimable alcohol is about 80%.
  (2)The triple-effect evaporator can concentrate three different materials
  (3) Material feeding: The intermittently and continuous material feeding modes are available.
• As the special structure of evaporator, the concentrated material is usually characterized by rich smell and great uniformity. The concentration under the seal and non-bubble condition can prevent material loss and pollution.
• The parts contacted with material are all made of SUS304. The insulation layer made with polyurethane is available at the heater and evaporator. The external surface is mirror finished, meeting with the GMP standard.
