1. Alcohol recovery
The large recovery capacity and vacuum operation mode improve the technological process flow. The recovery of alcohol is more than 95% and the loss rate is below 5%. The power consumption is reduced by 30%. Hence, our multifunctional alcohol recovery evaporator is a type of energy-saving equipment with economical investment and high reclamation economy profit.
2. Concentrated liquid material
The alcohol recovery evaporator uses outer-headed natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation mode. It features fast evaporation and its concentration proportion is 1.3-1.4.
Our evaporator is easy to handle and it needs a little foundation area for installation. The heater and evaporator use stainless steel for thermal purpose. The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing, meeting with the GMP standard.
