Concentrated Collocation Tank, Diluter Collocation Tank

This concentrated collocation tank or diluter collocation tank has many functions, such as heating, cooling, heat preservation and mixing preparation. The container is designed and processed according to "Technical conditions of the steel made pressure container".
Our collocation tank is available in different specifications, ranging from 0.05m³-50m³, subject to the customer's request.
With jacket inside. Features: Wide heating area and small welding area, etc.
The modes of jacket consist of standard jacket, internal coil and dimple jacket.
The interface adopts internationally general use standard ISO standard quick-mounted chuck type. The material is imported 316L or 304. The internal surface of the tank is mirror finish to Ra≤0.28цm. The external surface is matt finished.
The level meter for selections are glass tube level meter, static pressure sensor type level meter and supersonic wave level meter.
Structure: Top and bottom elliptical head.
Heat preservation: Polyurethane or pearl wool.
The concentrated collocation tank, diluter collocation tank is equipped with respirator, CIP nozzle, viewing mirror, flanged quick-open manhole etc.
