1. Liquid sterilizing equipment is classified into the following three types:

2) PHE type. Pasteurizer, HTST, UHT.

2. After packing sterilization equipment
Retort, one types of after packing food sterilization equipment, is designed for high temperature applications. We have steam retort and hot water retort. Steam retort is simple and cheap. Hot water retort, we find it have better effect, but the price is higher. Hot water retort, for different product and package, we use different designs.
1) Full water retort.
2) Lateral spray retort.
3) Shower retort.
All aforementioned types of retort come in static retort and rotary retort.

Spray tunnel is designed for low temperature after packing sterilizing.
